Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Arriva Menu ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including restaurant owners, cafe operators, and any other individuals who access or use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Arriva Menu is a digital menu platform that allows restaurant and cafe owners to create, manage, and publish digital menus accessible via QR codes. The Service includes:

  • A web-based dashboard for creating and editing menus
  • Public menu pages accessible to your guests via QR code or direct link
  • QR code generation and download tools
  • Analytics on menu views and scanning activity (paid plans)
  • Multi-language menu support (paid plans)
During the Early Access period, the Service may be provided free of charge with full functionality. We reserve the right to transition to paid plans with reasonable advance notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not use another person's account without permission.

You must notify us immediately at hello@arrivamenu.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including menu item names, descriptions, prices, and photos ("Your Content").

By uploading content, you grant Arriva Menu a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and serve Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your guests.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content:

  • Is accurate and not misleading
  • Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material

5. Plans & Billing

Arriva Menu offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro, Business). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Upload or publish false, misleading, or fraudulent menu information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission
  • Transmit spam, viruses, or any other malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your public menu pages will be taken offline and your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arriva Menu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
